The Professional Cleaning Company was formed in 2017 by Ben Davies. After several years working as a building surveyor, Ben saw the need for a cleaning service that offered clear communication, consistent results and a professional approach. Many businesses were relying on agency cleaners and temporary staff. This often led to mixed standards and problems with reliability. Ben believed there was a better way to deliver a managed cleaning service. One built on training, employment and accountability. That belief became the foundation of the company.

As the business grew, Ben was joined by Operations Director David Rowe. David came from a career in the banking sector where he specialised in staff training, operational processes and standards. His experience strengthened the structure of the business. This structure helped build the systems that allow The Professional Cleaning Company to deliver the high levels of service every day.
