Savills required a professional cleaning partner to deliver after-builders sparkle cleans across all 521 units at the newly completed New Vic development. The project demanded meticulous attention to detail, with each apartment requiring comprehensive cleaning following construction completion to bring them to a move-in ready standard.

Following the initial sparkle clean project, Savills needed a reliable ongoing cleaning partner to manage the high volume of end of tenancy cleans as the building reached full occupancy, along with pre-tenancy preparation to ensure apartments were pristine for incoming residents.

We mobilised a dedicated team to complete the full sparkle clean programme across all 521 apartments. Each unit received a comprehensive clean covering:

• Removal of construction dust and debris from all surfaces
• Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances
• Window cleaning (internal)
• Floor cleaning and preparation
• Removal of protective films and stickers
• Final polish and presentation

Our project management approach ensured units were completed in sequence, allowing Savills to begin marketing and letting apartments while the sparkle clean programme continued across the remaining floors.

Following successful completion of the sparkle clean project, Savills appointed us as their ongoing cleaning partner for:

• End of Tenancy Cleans - Full deep cleans following tenant move-outs
• Pre-Tenancy Preparation - Final checks and touch-up cleans prior to new tenant move-ins

Our team now works closely with the New Vic property management team, operating to their schedule and quality expectations to support rapid unit turnaround.
